Giving thanks in kind reflection,
Dreaming of a new direction,
I am home with you dear friend,
Tho' I'm oft undisciplin'd.
I waste my hours idly scheming,
Jotting plans of perfect cleaning,
Thoughts of better living wages,
Fill up lots of journal pages.
Wanting more than current glory,
Searching for a better story,
Crowded pages are revealing,
Every thought and ache I'm feeling.
